G. Robert Blanchard, Jr.

Chairman and CEO of WRB Enterprises

G. Robert Blanchard, Jr. is Chairman and CEO of WRB Enterprises, a diversified holding company with more than 50 years of experience in the U.S., the Caribbean and Latin America. WRB Enterprises is the owner of WRB Energy, a renewable energy development company in the Caribbean and Latin America. Bob is also a founding partner of WRB Serra, an investment firm focused on renewable energy, energy efficiency, and water infrastructure. For 26 years (1994-2020), WRB Enterprises was the majority shareholder of Grenada Electricity Services (Grenlec), where he served as Chairman. WRB Enterprises also previously owned majority interests in and successfully divested two other electric utilities: Turks and Caicos Utilities (TCU) and Dominica Electricity Services (Domlec), both of which Bob served as Chairman. WRB Enterprises is a significant shareholder in two of the largest commercial banks based in Florida: The Bank of Tampa, which is a privately owned bank with over $1.4 billion in assets; and CenterState Banks, which is publicly traded (NASDAQ: CSFL) with more than $5 billion in assets. Bob serves on the Boards of Directors of both banks. Bob is also an investor in private and public companies and has extensive business and government relationships in the U.S. and the Caribbean. His family holding company has owned and managed businesses in the electric utility, renewable energy development, water and wastewater treatment, telecommunications, banking, industrial controls, heavy equipment distribution, manufacturing, ranching, and mitigation banking sectors since 1952. In addition to his business activities, Bob has been heavily involved in community organizations in Tampa for many years, including the Tampa Metropolitan YMCA, The Florida Aquarium and the Moffitt Cancer Center. He is a past member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Committee of 100 Advisory Board, and the Ybor City Development Corporation. Bob graduated from Emory University where he received a BA in Political Science and a BA in Philosophy.

Robert Blenker

President & CEO of WRB Energy

Robert Blenker is President & CEO of WRB Energy, lead developer of the Jamaica Content 28MW solar project, and founding partner of WRB Serra, an investment firm focused on renewable energy, energy efficiency, and water infrastructure. Robert is a veteran renewable energy executive with more than 30 years of experience sourcing, developing, and managing infrastructure projects, specifically in Latin America and the Caribbean. He has developed renewable energy projects, vertically-integrated utilities, and sustainable infrastructure in Honduras, Uzbekistan, Nigeria, Mauritania, Colombia, Jamaica, Turks and Caicos, Dominica, and the United States. Prior to WRB Energy, Robert founded and served as President of the Utila Power Company, a vertically integrated electric utility in Honduras, and co-founded the Tennessee Valley Infrastructure Group, one of North America’s top five wind construction firms. He generated a pipeline of 1,200 MW in wind generation assets as Vice President Development – New Markets for Airtricity. He began his career in the United States Peace Corps where he served as the Country Director in the Kyrgyz Republic, Slovak Republic, Hungary, Armenia, and Nicaragua and held executive positions in Honduras and Uruguay. Robert is an active member of the renewable energy community and has developed renewable energy interconnection policies for three Caribbean utilities and geothermal legislation and resource agreements in two Caribbean countries. He is a member of the boards of Grenlec, the Caribbean Renewable Energy Forum, and the Caribbean Student Environmental Alliance. Robert earned an MAIA in international administration and development economics from Ohio University and a BS in wildlife management and natural resources administration from The Ohio State University.

Murray Skeete

Vice President of Engineering with WRB Enterprises and WRB Energy

Murray Skeete is Vice President of Engineering with overall responsibility for the technical and regulatory aspects of WRB’s development projects. Murray is a highly experienced professional engineer who has worked in the electric power and energy sector for more than 30 years. Having started his career in the wind energy research field, Murray went on to work in the power generation equipment supply business in the Caribbean. His primary experience has been in the operations and management of vertically integrated electric utility companies in the Caribbean. Over the last 20 years, Murray has led numerous multi-million-dollar projects covering all aspects of power generation, transmission, and distribution on small island nations. His work includes contract management, project management, system planning, renewable energy development and integration, as well as management and regulatory consulting. Murray has been involved as a volunteer engineering mentor in the FIRST® robotics program, encouraging young people to pursue careers in science, technology and engineering. Murray holds a BSc. degree in Engineering from the University of Leicester, UK, and is a member of IEEE.

Edward H. Parry, CPA

Chief Financial Officer of WRB Enterprises

Edward H. Parry, CPA, is Chief Financial Officer of WRB Enterprises. Ed brings more than 30 years of executive financial management experience in a variety of industries since beginning and advancing his career in public accounting with Grant Thornton. Prior to joining WRB Enterprises, Ed served as CFO at Diagnostic Outpatient Centers. His experience in finance, management, and operations led to the successful financial restructuring of the organization, allowing the company to respond to significant regulatory and competitive changes in the marketplace. Ed also cofounded CompServ Inc., a systems integration company that sold IT solutions and services representing IBM, HP, EMC, and Cisco, with sales volume reaching $56 million. As Executive VP and CFO and later President, Ed was responsible for all financial and operational systems and procedures before guiding the company through a successful sale in June 2008. Previously, Ed served the Bullard Group as Executive VP, overseeing centralized finance and operations for an extensive portfolio of diverse companies involving real estate development, property management, and commercial construction. Ed also participated in the start-up of several businesses in the medical and restaurant industries, including the Durango Steakhouse chain. In 1986, Ed was CFO and elected to the Board of Directors and appointed Secretary/Treasurer of Larry’s Ice Cream—a manufacturer of premium ice cream products distributed through 77 franchises. Ed was instrumental in the company’s initial public offering, responsible for SEC reporting requirements, tax and audit preparation, budgeting and long-range corporate planning. Ed is a graduate of Florida State University.

Carrie Richardson

Staff Accountant

Carrie brings over 30 years of accounting experience to our team. Her tenure as staff accountant with WRB Enterprises, Inc includes accounting and administrative responsibilities at the parent company and subsidiary operations level. Carrie earned her AS Accounting degree in 2014 from Hillsborough Community College.
